A SwiftWebDev Dashboard PRO plan is a software license only. It does not include WordPress development, design, setup or any other service from Swift Web Dev. Those services are quoted and billed separately.

Pro only collects data while you have an active license. Here is the full lifecycle, start to finish.
Free plugin
Visitor stats are counted without cookies. No account, no license.
You activate a license
Pro data collection starts only after you activate a license on a site. Not before.
The license expires
Collection stops the moment your license expires. Your existing data is kept for 30 days.
30 days later
The data is deleted, unless you renew before then. Renew in time and nothing is lost.
Session recordings stay off until you switch them on. They mask everything visitors type into form fields and never record passwords.

How many sites can I use a license on?
Personal covers 1 site, Business covers 5 sites and Unlimited covers as many of your sites as you like. A site counts while the license is active on it.
How do renewals work?
Plans are billed yearly and renew automatically, so Pro keeps running without a gap. Creem emails you a receipt each time. A renewal charge can be refunded within 14 days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Open your account page and choose Manage billing and invoices. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro keeps working until the end of the term you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, through Creem, to your original payment method. Ask through the contact page or email [email protected] with your order details. The license is deactivated after the refund. See the refund policy.
What happens to my data if my license expires?
Pro stops collecting data straight away. Your data is kept for 30 days, then deleted unless you renew. The free features keep working.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. When you need more sites, open your account page and choose Renew or upgrade to move to a bigger plan.
How do I get my license key?
We do not email license keys. After you buy, you get an order confirmation email. Sign in to your account page with your checkout email, using the one-time sign-in link we send. There you can copy your key, download SwiftWebDev Dashboard PRO and generate a new key if the old one leaks.
Does a license include development or setup work?
No. SwiftWebDev Dashboard PRO is a software license: the Pro add-on, its online features, updates and email support for the plugin. It does not include custom WordPress development, design, installation or any other work done by our team. Swift Web Dev offers those services separately, with their own quote and invoice, and they are never bought through the SwiftWebDev Dashboard PRO checkout.
Who handles the payment?
Creem is our merchant of record. It processes the payment, adds VAT or sales tax where applicable and sends your invoices. We never see your card details.
Do I need an account to use the free plugin?
No. The free plugin works without an account. You only need one to buy and manage SwiftWebDev Dashboard PRO.
Does SwiftWebDev Dashboard use cookies?
No. The free visitor stats are counted without cookies or browser storage. Each visit is identified by a one-way hash of the IP address and browser, combined with a random value that changes every day, so visitors cannot be followed from one day to the next. IP addresses are never saved, and all data stays in your own WordPress database.
Will SwiftWebDev Dashboard slow down my site?
No. The counter is a small script that sends one request per page view after the page has loaded. The free plugin adds nothing else to your front end. In the free plugin, speed tests run only when an administrator chooses Run test.
